Removal of tenant-added plumbing fixtures — pantry, washbasins, drainage — in Mumbai offices, with points capped or restored.
Many offices add a pantry, washbasin or small utility area as part of their fit-out — none of which exists in the base bare-shell unit. When vacating, these additions typically need to be removed and the plumbing points either capped or restored to match the original building layout.
We disconnect and remove pantry fixtures, washbasins and any added drainage lines, then cap or restore the water supply and drainage points so there's no active plumbing left that wasn't part of the original unit.
Because plumbing is often shared with the base building's risers, this work is coordinated with the facility team to avoid affecting water supply to other floors or units during the work.
This is most commonly requested by offices with an in-house pantry or wellness room being vacated, and by facility teams preparing a unit for a new tenant with different plumbing needs. It's usually a smaller, faster job than other strip-out work, but still needs to be scoped alongside the base building's riser layout.
