All enquiries are non-binding requests for a free site visit and quotation. Final pricing is confirmed only after physical inspection and on-site weighing (Taala Kaata) at the time of pickup.
We collect scrap directly from your office, factory or unit — there is no product shipping involved. Pickup slots are scheduled on WhatsApp after your enquiry; same-day pickup is offered subject to team & vehicle availability in your area (Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, Pune).
Payment is made on the spot after on-site weighing, via cash, UPI, or bank transfer, as agreed with our team. For bulk/unit purchases, an advance or agreed schedule may apply for large-volume deals — this will always be confirmed with you in writing on WhatsApp before pickup.
The online Price Estimator gives an indicative range only, based on typical market rates. It is not a binding quote. Actual value depends on material grade, quantity, and the rate applicable on the day of pickup.
You may cancel or reschedule a site visit anytime before our team arrives by informing us on WhatsApp.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.
