This policy explains how site visits, dismantling mobilisation and any related scrap pickup are handled.
Once an enquiry is submitted (via Quick Enquiry, Advanced Enquiry Form, or WhatsApp), our team schedules a free site visit — usually within 24–48 hours — subject to team availability and building/mall access permissions.
After the site visit and quote confirmation, our team mobilises with labour, tools, PPE and transport as per the agreed schedule, following our Safety Guidelines.
If scrap is generated and sold as part of the project, it is weighed on a certified Taala Kaata at the site in the presence of the customer before payment is finalised.
Site visits can be rescheduled by informing our team via WhatsApp in advance, subject to team availability.
